- 目の前が公園だったので 日当たりがすごく良くて 眺望も良かったです。

周辺環境・治安
- 南側が公園で、大きな道路に面していないので、静かで日当たりがいいのが気に入っています。あと、公園の中を通ると、駅まで５分なのも近くていいなあと思います。
- 日当たりのよさと、窓をあけても静かな環境が気に入ってます。
